Timely commentary on a festering problem that is likely (unless checked) to destroy us... And, yes it's in the president's nature to blink!

Unfortunately, we've not had a president with the courage to rule us independent of the influence of narrow interests (AIPAC) since Dwight David Eisenhower. Therefore, the prospects for change under a Barack Obama administration are bleak! Powerful narrow interest groups have too tight a grip on the leaders of both (ruling) political parties for this to happen! Indeed, party stalwarts attempting to polish the image of and introduce Barack Obama as an agent of change will not wash. Anyone with the ability to measure his independence and record of service objectively knows he is no different from all other impostors in Washington. Youthful charm and skilled oratory are valuable assets but not persuasive enough to conceal his fascination with AIPAC and those in media who, through the ideological editing and censorship of news, rule us. So, we should not allow ourselves to be fooled because Barack Obama is no agent of change. He’s as cunning as all the others whose political fortunes come from those who would, for selfish reasons mislead and betray us. Indeed, his Cairo propaganda aside, a two state solution for Israel and Palestine will never happen during his tenure in office. There’s simply not enough fight, manhood or mettle in his young body for that to happen!
